Prerequisite
To access the Actions Unload Plan
Vessel option you must have the UNLOAD_PLAN_VESSEL (Cargo Lot Unload Plan - Vessel) privilege.
You can use the Discharge Plan - Vessel form to create an unload plan to discharge cargo lot from a vessel by specifying the work queue and quantity. The Qty. Planned and Total Qty are view-only fields. When you save the discharge plan, N4 creates a work instruction, which can be viewed in the Cargo Lot Inspector (on page 1) and Work Instructions view. The Work Queue lookup field in the Discharge Plan - Vessel form lists only the work queues of type discharge. N4 does not allow you to save the details only if you have selected the work queue in the Work Queue lookup field.
You cannot create a unload plan for vessel if the selected cargo lot is a default cargo lot.
N4 does not allow creating the unload plan for vessel in the following scenarios:
If a cargo lot for the vessel visit or manifested lots are not available.
If the vessel visit has 0 quantity.
If the vessel visit is not in any of these phases – Inbound, Arrived, or Working.
If the cargo lot is quantity is already fully planned.
If you have created a discharge plan for multiple records and the selected cargo lots are not scheduled for the same carrier visit.
